A well-established Swiss industrial supplier with a strong focus on Integrated Industrial Solution business is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales to lead regional growth and expand its market presence across the broader DACH region.
This role combines sales leadership, key account management, and strategic business development in a technically demanding environment.
Your Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Performance
- Lead, coach, and develop an international sales team (approx. 7 FTEs across various countries)
- Take full responsibility for revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Drive performance management, target setting, and sales excellence
Business Development & Strategy
- Identify and develop new market segments, applications, and partnerships
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies in OEM environments
- Build and implement business cases and growth initiatives
- Conduct market and competitor analysis in the target markets
Key Account Management
- Manage and further develop strategic key accounts
- Lead complex price and contract negotiations
- Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a central interface between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Executive Management
- Collaborate closely with international sales teams and procurement
- Ensure structured reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
Your Profile
Professional Background
- Several years of experience in a senior sales or sales leadership role
- Proven track record in business development and market expansion
- Strong understanding of technical solutions and customer applications
- Experience in solution selling and structured pipeline management
- Industry exposure in areas such as Pharma, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Railway, Energy or HVAC is a must

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and hands-on capabilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, proactive, and self-driven working style
- Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment
Languages
- German (fluent) and English (min. B2) required
- Italian and/or French are a strong plus
