Business activities and tasks
The following exciting main tasks await you in this position:
- In your daily business you will open doors / keep doors open to and with existing and new customers mainly OEMs to gain exciting projects and “feed” the inhouse sales-organisation.
- Through your proactive approach, you will raise awareness and acquire projects from customers and expand the existing customer base for high-quality industrial components with a focus on sealing technology.
- You will accompany your customers from the clarification of requirements, the quotation phase including negotiation of terms and conditions, through the first prototype delivery to the series production business.
- For your professional support, you will have internal specialists at your finger dip who you can involve in your projects and who will be available to you for technical questions relating to design, in-depth technical expertise and for your professional support.
The requirements addressed to you
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrably meet the following requirements:
- You have a technical / commercial education with several years of experience in technical sales / technical trade of industrial components – ideally in sealing technology and/or in the c-parts segment with high cycle frequency and to OEMs.
- You are a salesperson, you gain access to customers and their needs with your winning, trustworthy, honest and strong closing manner – almost exclusively original equipment manufacturers / OEMs.
- You bring your sales-power to the floor with high tact frequency and impact. You are and want to become even more successful. You skilfully turn an initial no into a yes.
- You are characterised by a high level of self-motivation and a strong will to succeed.
- Very good Dutch, English, French language skills are very welcome.
